Stock wheel width would have been 4.5 inch wide. 7 inch wide wheels would be 1-1/2" closer to the steering components assuming the same offset as stock wheels (which are pretty close to zero offset, IIRC.)

You should measure the offset of those wheels (back rim to wheel mounting surface). Or you can just bolt them on and see.
