Fran - The headliner and upper door upholstery panels should be a match for regular pickup cabs as those where uniform across all the trucks. The COE lower door front end is different than regular pickup doors, but that is below the normal upper door panel area.
Just a SWAG on the firewall molded pad, but it should
mostly fit, with a need to trim out a section for the engine cover hump in the COE that isn't present in the pickups. Hope this may help.
