@Peggy M - thanks. In your response was a hint it seems. If I don't use the "Use Full Editor" and manually type the tags it looks formatted well. I wonder if the "Use Full Editor" is broken.

It appears he is using the "quote" feature - but somehow the title block says "Originally said by..." instead of "quote".
