Exactly what Eric says. The image that everybody has does not have any identifying source markings. We cannot prove it is even from a General Motor's manual/book of any kind. Maybe the "TPM" in each of the lower right corners of the two pictures stands for "Toyota Parts Manual".

'52 GMC 152 Stake Bed, Original 228, SM420, added A/C, HEI, disk front brakes, '67 Chev 3.55 rear gear. Gets used as a real truck.
