Follow up to the above post.
Shocks arrived today on time without any extra charges or other issues.
Shipper was UPS which normally rips us off at the border. Rock Auto uses an independent broker called Mantoria which saves us money.
Total shipping for the shocks was a reasonable $16.99
A friend of mine bought a fuel pump from a supplier in Florida. UPS charged him a $100 brokerage charge on top of the shipping!
