Here's what I'm trying to figure out on my '46 (see pic). I think our clutch/brake pedal setups are similar. I know when I tore the truck apart the return spring for the brake pedal had a small wire loop around the clevis pin, then a spring and then a 7"-8" piece of wire connected to the steering box. You can see the groove on top of the clutch fork from the wire rubbing on the old setup. I'd like to get a clean shot to the spring setup without it rubbing. Some go on top and others go under the clutch fork. I'll trying different setups and pick one that works best.
