You are trying to put the cart before horse. It will cause an [censored] over apple cart scenario.
Enough about beasts of burden.
Best plan would be to finish up setting your computer after selecting and trial mounting your wheels/tired to make sure that they fit your truck. Anyone else's build may not be the same as yours so their tire height wouldn't necessarily fit your truck.
