Am I loosing it or is it already gone?

I am reading in my 1947-1954 GMC Trucks Maintenance Manual and can't find my truck.

Is there a difference GMC US & GMC Canadian? Do I need a "Canadian" GMC Trucks Maintenance Manual?

MY Model is a 9434, Body is a 361, Trim 394, Paint 831. no numbers match in the manual.

Help wanted.
