Thats a nice looking box for its age most are beat up pretty bad. I once had a waterloo tool box top and bottom, I think it was a 50s also but sold it cuz I needed the money at the time. I have had a 70s craftsman since high school. Some people like the patina on old things some like them like new so do what works for ya.
