Joe, if you haven't headed out yet and enjoy twisty mountain roads try 89 a out of flagstaff, lots of camera work to be done there.
Actually I spent the month of February in Arizona and found nothing but great scenic views and interesting roads.
Apache Trail is a great trip as well.
