| | | | Joined: Oct 2021 Posts: 6,772 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2021 Posts: 6,772 | The manual (page 5-19) says to assemble the toggle lever with the high side of the eccentric bolt toward the brake shoe lining. The high side is marked by the flat side of that bolt.
Adjusting the Parking brake toggle lever is done with the eccentric bolt AFTER all the other adjustments with the new shoes are completed and the shoes are in the fully released position.
