The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Driveline Huck brake eccentric bolt adjustment

Hi all I need to adjust the eccentric bolt not sure how to do this. The manual doesn't help a lot do I adjust the brakes to zero drag then pull off the drums and adjust the bolts. And then adjust parking brake cables? Thanks
