From a 55.2 service manual (should be the same as your 60 engine)

Rods 35-45 ft lb with oiled threads
Mains 90-95 ft lb
Head 90-95 ft lb Tighten in steps in a circular pattern

Intake valves 0.006 hot
Exhaust valves 0.016 hot
