I would tap/push it back a little at a time minimizing the danger of breaking it off. If the sandblaster did push it down, there might not be much steel left.
No tab. Its completely boxed in. I might try to get a large washer on the underside and try and pull up to straighten things out first and then see what it looks like with the cowl.
Has to be plenty of metal there. Cab was in great shape in those areas. I wonder if the blast of the mobile blaster was like a hammer and stuffed it in?
