They don't tell you that you should grease the pivot bolts, but if you do it works a bit smoother. I also have one of their 12 ton hydraulic presses, and it gets the job done but I broke it and had to get them to swap a part. Their tools vary quite a bit in quality and if I was using them every day I would buy something better.
