I use small carriage head bolts which I put in my cordless drill and turn the drill on and work it into the exact shape that of the rivet on a bench grinder. I then run it against a piece of 180 grit sandpaper I the palm of my hand. I then epoxy prime and have my painter paint it body color and install on the painted fender.
