Do any of you know if the rear fenders come with the brace already riveted in place?

I've looked at most of the usual vendors (Mar K, NPD, LMC, Classic) but it isn't clear whether the brace is already attached or if it just comes with the 2 holes for the rivets. None of them mention it or show clear pictures of the inside of the fender.

If the brace isn't included in the re-pop fenders, how does one attach the brace to the new fender? Do they make bolts that look like rivets or something?
