The passenger side holes in the kick board with ruler. 2. The p-side inner fender holes with ruler, as measured from the outside edge of the inner fender 3. Picture of the bottom of the last hole in a replacement P-side inner fender
all 3 holes are 4.5 iinches center-to-center from each other.
This is from a 1952 3100. I THINK yours is a 54 so I do not know if there are differences.
