On my truck, the back side of the fresh air vent showed the most protected original paint after all the years. Here is a ditzler paint chip sheet if it helps. Also, sometimes on the underside of the hood, they give a clue. Mine had "Transport" written in grease pencil. The original lower body color was transport blue.
