Fits both 1940-47 1/2ton trucks with 3 speeds and 1940-48 Passenger car 3 speeds. If your set on an original NOS unit, check out this one I found after a search of the web. Considering both Jim Carter and Chev's of the 40's are showing them as "out-of-stock" this one should get you what you need. The asking price is not terribly much more than Jim Carters "repair kit". Hope this helps.
