A short bit of research indicates that Raybestos H407 is a modern part number that NAPA stocks, and it's like five bucks for a pair. Apparently the same spring is used in a variety of Drof and IH trucks up into the early '90s as well, so it's not super uncommon. I'll be in North Bend in a day or two so will pick them up then, and verify fitment.
