You're likely to pay well over $100 for a kingpin reamer. Link They have to use a pilot to keep the bushings aligned while reaming.
You might be better off taking your spindles to an automotive machine shop to have them do the work for you. A big truck shop would be more likely to have the tools to do what you need.
