Ahh tools. I love old tools they have a different feel to them don't they. I to was fortunate to have inherited a small handmade box of my Grandfathers tools who was a machinest and parttime farmer who died in 1932. Some of his drill bits have the date of manufacturer stamped on the side. Some were made during the Civil War or to our friends in the south, "the great war of northern agression". I also inherited my fathers tools and his basement of stuff. I have to admit that I am somewhat concerned that my son who didn't grow up with me is not interested in such things. There is enough regret to go around.
