I agree that there is a sense of history in these old rigs. Time carries some weight, something you can sense, but can't really put your finger on. When that history is from people you love, that sense is enhanced. I regret that my dad lives 3000 miles away and we can't work side-by-side.
On the other hand, don't play that calliope late at night--OK!??!
