Screw washer and spacer was all screwed in, the pin that holds the handle was not in the picture but it’s just a roll pin. (There was bent baling wire in there) The spring was in there. What is missing is the pawl. Another case solved! Thanks so much Dan for running it down and the picture. I still need to buy a good copy of that master parts list, just haven’t pulled the trigger as the ones I’ve seen are worth their weight in gold.
