We can locally mfg the missing lever but the springs are not available at vintage parts suppliers or EBay.
You might reach out to fellow 'Bolter Steve "KCMongo" on the springs and perhaps even the entire door and mechanism. Look for his contact info in his profile. He will more likely than not have what you need. I am actually going to meet up with him tomorrow at an event and can pic his brain to see if he has them.
