I've used Fel-pro (no part no's, sorry) and prefer the rubber end pieces of the gasket set for the newer(?), not straight sided pan. My late '55 235 pan is straight sided but that set has the cork end pieces which are a booger for me to install. So I bought both kits. In the past for my 216 I always used cork ends and it always leaked. Now thanks to the rubber end pieces that flare on each side to provide more overlap of the side pieces, ZERO leaks. So for me, it's idiot proof.
