Most shops stopped turning drums and/or rotors a long time ago when the cost of replacement parts got more reasonable than the equipment expense and labor costs involved in turning them. Unless a quality replacement simply isn't available (36/3800 stovebolts, for instance) a commercial shop won't even consider turning brake parts. We're not in business to lose money.
