The passenger side inner fender bolts directly to the toe board (at least it does on my 1951.) No bracket like on the driver's side. The right fender skirt has weld nuts (some of mine needed to be replaced, and bolts from inside the cab into them directly thru the toe board. The FAM (which covers only 1954 models for front clip sheet metal) Section 11, Sheet 10.00 shows it in the upper left corner of the page.
