Now that I have the doors sheet metal repairs complete (well almost) I am contemplating how to put the insides back together. Discovered that the driver's side rear windwo track was broken, small part still attached to the door but the majority was in my parts pile. Needed to replace the driver's side door inside handle mechanism as the shaft was broken off at the spline. I bought replacement rollers for the window tracks but have not installed them yet.
Still planning on paint before I actually get to the glass and wipers/seals, etc. related to the windows so I may procrastinate a while longer on the guts of the doors. | | |
