Good news and bad news. Good news is it worked. Bad news is I broke it before completely installed. To much bending the wires around I guess. But it did read about 3/8. With the runtz at 8 volts it was reading 1/2. Back to the drawing board. So if you think voltage doesn't effect it I'm satisfied it does.
