A lug wrench for the 3/4" size lug nut would be the standard L shaped jack handle, or a 4-way universal lug wrench. The one shown in the above post is for Big Bolts with dual rear wheels and double lug nuts. The inner nut has a square shank, about 7/8" or so square, and the outer nut that screws over it has a 1 1/2" wrench size.
