That fitting is a type of compression nut, it doesn't use the typical compression ferrule that you see on plumbing lines. If you have a NAPA auto parts or older type auto parts you should be able to find the fitting. Possibly one of the major auto parts chain stores could have it in a tubing/fitting kit. Summit Racing has one for 47-70's Chevy truck oil pressure gauge kit.
