| | | | Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 6,214 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 6,214 | The plate sits down on the lever fulcrum pin, then the thick hard foam seal sits on top of the plate and the floor board squeezes it down sealing the hole in the floor. Your missing the actual foam seal that goes between the plate and the floor... Mike B  | | |
