I think you'd have to keep the whole cab/hood/fenders assembly rigid with something like hinges at the front of it. Brake and clutch, if hydraulic on the firewall, would then just need appropriate flex hoses into the lines so the cab side could move relative to the frame side. Throttle linkage could be made cable. Steering linkage would need U joints like my C60 has, mine even has a slip joint in the steering shaft. So that would allow all those things to work. The biggest challenge would be to make the whole front clip an isolated assembly, you'd have to make their own little subframe I think.
I think it might be easier to just air bag the whole rig itself!
