I’m looking at purchasing a 50 Chevy 3100 that has no motor or transmission..I have a 235 engine with a bellhousing from a 57 car. l am hoping to find a 3 speed manual transmission since truck has column shifter. My question is can I use that bellhousing? I believe I have the flywheel and starter from car. Would l be able to get my stomp starter to work on that bellhousing? What other problems will arise?
