| | | | Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 469 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 469 | I have a 46 Chevy with a 51 model one ton front axle and would like to change it over to bend-ix type brakes. What kind of parts would I have to round up to switch the brakes out?
I do have a 56 model axle that has the bend-ix brake with good king pins and tie rod ends that I could cut down and make fit, or would the parts off this axle work on the older axle. | | |
