Chuck, as BC mentioned knowing the block casting number will help define what it is. If we just use the stamped serial# shown, according to the 1957 Chevy Truck data PDF, your numbers indicate it should be a 1957 built June 6th and installed in a 1/2 - 1 ton truck (see screenshot below).
