The truck has the 4 louvers on each side hood panel, and the light bars going from fender to grill. So I'm thinking 1935. Don't know why the vin came back as a 1933. I don't know a lot about that era of vehicles, but could it be a late 1933 with the 1934 look. According to the vin it came out of the Janesville, WI plant if that means anything.
