OK, got it off! Fibonachu is correct. The "Cone" screws on the bottom slant piece. It was Corroded pretty good and took some force to loosen. There is a nut under that , then the antenna comes out through the interior. The base part was full of water too. I will have to see if it is fixable or not. Any input with experience welcomed! The right antenna piece separated from the base antenna piece and it does not Extend anymore. PS it's 5 years old. Ugggg.. See attached pictures. Todd
