No problem! After going through my notes I also remembered that the 5000lb front axle uses the same parts from 1965-1972. Be sure and check the other years that will still fit yours.
For example, on Rock Auto they don't list a brake hardware kit for your 1965 but they do list one for 1967 (Dynamic Friction 370-47024).
