We can’t actually buy “lead replacement petrol “. I think what they’re referring to is one of the many products available that you can add to your petrol to supposedly do what the lead use to do. It’s not expensive and I figure it can’t hurt. Some people I know with veteran cars use a small amount of 2-stroke oil
