Looking at your picture, is your hub/rotor seated properly? It sure looks like the seal is just kind of hanging out there with a pretty big gap to rotor. I am worried that either your wheel bearings are not seated properly or the back side is open to the elements.

Either one would cause rapid wear and failure.
