Is that on the side of the radiator shroud/side panel? Looks like it held a glass bottle instead of the plastic one?
Yes. It’s on the driver side. My 63 has the tall and narrow style radiator typically seen in the trucks with an inline 6. The panels guide towards the front of the radiator and prevent less air going around it. It’s not truly a fan shroud. More like duct work.
