I'm installing a '95 lt1 in my '50 Chevy 3100. (The engine came out of a Buick Roadmaster). The issue I'm running into is the a.c. compressor sits low on the accessories bracket. I do see quite a few '95 era Corvette engine accessories brackets for sale at what I consider reasonable prices. Some diagrams I've seen show that Corvette brackets for the same vintage lt1's have their accessories mounted higher on the engine. Two questions...is my perception correct and if so, will my Buick accessories bolt on to the Corvette bracket?
