I have had issues with the fittings starting to leak on the powersteering box itself. Because of its location to the engine even with a heat shield I think the heating hot and cooling loosens the adapters and fitting. I have to tight them at least once a year. I can always tell because the fluid starts getting low. I don't think I have ever had to top off the others i drive but at least once or twice in 10 years.
So check for a small leak. I do the paper towel test around the fittings. Drive for a while then see which one has fluid. zipties / tape keep them in place. | | |
