'60-'62 C60 2 ton's, will have the fenders with the wide flared lip around the wheel well opening. '63-'66 C60 fenders, will have the narrow flared lip around the wheel well opening. 70, & 80 series '63-'66 trucks, with the Heavy Duty wide front axle, will have the wide flared fenders.
