Hey Gord, I did find a supplier in Delta, Pacific Western Paint, that has a PPG single stage and it works out to about $50 more than Carter, it may not be the same base, but they can mix the Swift Red. And I can use my PPG epoxy primer. They also have the reducer and hardener.
