Swung by Stroud Auto Supply during my lunch break today. They are a local AC Delco shop that has lots of stuff for the older iron. That's where I ended up finding replacement wheel studs. Anyway, I picked up some Grote combo lights and 6V bulbs to fit.
After work, I stopped by the local Ace Hardware store and found some pre-drilled l-brackets and some Grade 5 mounting hardware. Just finished installing them on the flatbed. I even tested the lights before bolting them in using a spare 6V battery. Looks like I'm in business.
Tomorrow I'll start stringing the new wire from the engine compartment back to the new lights.
