My brother-in-law just switched to Apple and he is less savvy than I am, believe it or not. He had some difficulty figuring it out. I have used Tracphone almost from the beginning. I have been very satisfied, I just watch my usage and add when I need it. BTW I can do that from my phone. I have bought LG phones for others and once I get them started they are ok with it. One of them thinks she has unlimited minutes but the phone is listed on my account and I check hers and add when needed. I am not going to do anything until after the first of the year when I believe I can spend more on a new phone.
